At Reedy 360 Leads, we want every client to feel confident when engaging our services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel a project or request a refund. We have designed this policy to be fair to both parties — protecting your investment while recognizing the time and effort our research team puts into every project.
We offer a complimentary sample of 25 verified leads before you commit to any paid engagement. This sample is provided at no cost and with no obligation. If you are not satisfied with the sample quality, you are under no obligation to proceed. No payment information is collected for the free sample.
If you cancel your order before our research team has started working on your project, you will receive a full refund of any upfront payment within 7 business days. To cancel, send an email to info@reedy360leads.site with your project reference number and a request to cancel. We will confirm the cancellation and initiate the refund within 24 hours.
Once our research team has started working on your project, significant time and resources have already been invested. If you cancel after research has begun but before delivery, you will receive a refund of 50% of the upfront payment. The remaining 50% covers the research work already completed. We will provide you with whatever partial data has been researched up to the point of cancellation at no additional charge.
Once your lead list has been delivered, we do not offer cash refunds. However, we stand behind the quality of our work. If any delivered leads do not match your approved Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria, we will replace them at no additional cost. To request replacements, email us within 14 days of delivery with the specific leads that do not meet your criteria and an explanation of why they fall short. Our team will review and deliver replacement leads within 5 business days.
A lead qualifies for a free replacement if it meets any of the following conditions:

If you are on a monthly retainer plan, you may cancel with 30 days' written notice. Your current billing period will be fulfilled in full — meaning we will complete and deliver all leads for the current month. No refund will be issued for the current billing period. Any leads already in progress at the time of cancellation will be delivered as part of the final month's work.

Please include your project reference number, the reason for cancellation or refund, and any supporting details. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and process it within 7 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or wire transfer). Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. International wire transfer refunds may take up to 14 business days due to banking processing times.
If you disagree with our decision regarding a refund or replacement request, you may escalate the matter by emailing legal@reedy360leads.site. We will review the dispute within 5 business days and provide a final decision. If the dispute remains unresolved, it will be handled in accordance with the Dispute Resolution process outlined in our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email and posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
