Acceptable Use Policy

Rules governing how our lead data may and may not be used.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use the lead data, research reports, and other deliverables provided by Reedy 360 Leads. By engaging our services and receiving our deliverables, you agree to comply with this policy. This AUP exists to protect the rights of the individuals whose data we research, to ensure compliance with applicable laws, and to maintain the integrity of our services.

2. Permitted Uses

You may use the lead data we deliver for the following legitimate B2B purposes:

  • Sending personalized, one-to-one business outreach emails to potential clients or partners
  • Making direct phone calls to business contacts for sales or partnership discussions
  • Connecting with prospects on LinkedIn or other professional networking platforms
  • Importing lead data into your CRM system for sales pipeline management
  • Conducting account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting specific companies
  • Internal market research and competitive analysis
  • Building targeted advertising audiences on business platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads matched audiences)

3. Prohibited Uses

You must NOT use the lead data we deliver for any of the following purposes:

3.1 Spam and Bulk Messaging

You must not use our lead data to send unsolicited bulk emails, mass SMS messages, or automated messages through any channel. All outreach must be personalized, relevant to the recipient, and compliant with applicable anti-spam laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and PECR). If you use email marketing platforms, you must include a clear unsubscribe mechanism in every message.

3.2 Reselling or Redistribution

You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish, or otherwise make available the lead data to any third party. The data we deliver is exclusively for your internal business use. You may not share the data with affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, or any other entity without our prior written consent.

3.3 Harassment and Harm

You must not use our lead data to harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or cause harm to any individual. This includes sending aggressive or threatening messages, making repeated unwanted calls after being asked to stop, or using the data for any purpose that could cause physical, emotional, or financial harm to the data subjects.

3.4 Illegal Activities

You must not use our lead data for any activity that violates applicable local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. This includes but is not limited to fraud, identity theft, phishing, social engineering attacks, unauthorized access to computer systems, or any activity that would constitute a criminal offense.

3.5 Misrepresentation

You must not misrepresent the source of the lead data in any communication. You must not claim that the data was obtained through a personal connection, referral, or opt-in when it was obtained through our research services. Transparency with prospects about how you obtained their contact information is encouraged.

3.6 Scraping and Automated Extraction

You must not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to extract, scrape, or harvest additional data from the contacts we provide. The data we deliver is the complete deliverable — any additional research on those contacts must be conducted manually or through legitimate means.

4. Compliance with Laws

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our lead data complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the jurisdictions of the data subjects. This includes but is not limited to:

  • CAN-SPAM Act (USA): Include a physical address, provide a clear unsubscribe mechanism, honor opt-out requests within 10 business days
  • GDPR (EU/EEA): Ensure a lawful basis for processing (typically "legitimate interest" for B2B outreach), provide clear privacy notices, and honor data subject rights
  • CASL (Canada): Obtain implied or express consent before sending commercial electronic messages
  • DPDP Act (India): Process personal data only for lawful purposes and provide notice to data subjects
  • PECR (UK): Comply with electronic communications regulations for marketing messages

5. Enforcement

If we become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately
  • Refuse to deliver any pending lead data
  • Require you to delete all lead data previously delivered
  • Report the violation to relevant authorities if required by law
  • Pursue legal remedies for damages caused by the violation

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any misuse of lead data obtained through our services, please report it to us immediately at legal@reedy360leads.site. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
